Global Exchange offers an online money order service for your trip to collect at one of our branches in Mexico.
Besides getting the best exchange rate for your online exchange (more travel cash for the same price), this service allows you to save time and reduce anxiety, as you will have the currency you need ready for your trip abroad.
No, the exchange rate applied for online orders is 15% cheaper (discount applied over the exchange margin) than at our branches (both at airports and hotels), and with that we grant the best price online.
Besides, when purchasing your travel money on the website, you’ll have a wider range of foreign currency to choose from in comparison to the airport.

We operate with up to 29 currencies in our branches in Mexico: Australian dollar, Canadian dollar, US dollar, Pound sterling, Euro, Swiss franc, Japanese yen, Danish krone, Swedish krona, Brazilian real, Chilean peso, Colombian peso, Costa Rican colón, Guatemalan quetzal, Peruvian nuevo sol, Hong Kong dollar, Chinese Yuan and Russian rouble .
No, we do not charge any commission for any exchange transaction, we only charge a small intermediation margin that will be smaller the higher the amount is, or if you decide to change your currency online instead of doing it at our branches (airports and hotels).
Banks, however, will charge you the intermediation margin plus a commission, at Global Exchange we only charge the intermediation margin. Compare our margins to those of your bank and add the commission to see how much more you are paying them.
Exchange rates shift on a daily basis, and so we recommend that you check them out on our rate boards at our branches or on this website.
In order to offer you the best possible service, we allow many methods to pay for your travel money at our branches: cash, Visa or MasterCard credit cards, or debit cards such as Visa Electron.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.
No, we do not accept Traveller Cheques in Mexico for the moment.
You can use this voucher in your next currency exchange transaction by submitting it in any of our branches in Mexico. This discount is applicable over the exchange margin and it does not expire.

Global Exchange equals quality and seriousness, which transfers to all our processes and staff integrating the company. Given the accuracy of our procedures and quality control, our banknotes have the quality our Customers require. However, if you'd like to return any of the banknotes handed to you, we will proceed on to replacing them immediately.
The accuracy and seriousness that drive Global Exchange transactions make this situation very unlikely. However, if this happens, we will proceed on to replacing the banknote in that exact same moment.
